Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Return shipping costs for withdrawal requests are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Standard Returns (All Customers)
Our standard returns window is 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days.
