Refund Policy
At Canvas Bespoke, we're proud of every canvas we create. Because each piece is custom-made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
Returns are accepted ONLY if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
How to request a return:
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue
- Email us at info@canvasbespokeonline.com with your order number and photos showing the problem
- We'll review your case and provide instructions within 2 business days
If your return is approved:
- We'll arrange for the item to be returned to our production partner
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours
- Once received and inspected (typically 7-10 business days), we'll replace the item or issue a full refund via your original payment method
- Refunds include the product cost and original shipping for faulty or incorrectly fulfilled items
Important notes:
- Custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty, damaged, or not as described
- Sale items follow the same policy—refunds only for faulty or damaged products
- Items must be returned in their original condition (we understand you may need to unwrap to identify the issue)
- We cannot accept returns of items damaged after delivery or due to incorrect installation
Our commitment: If there's a problem with your canvas, we'll make it right. We stand behind the quality of our work and will replace or refund any item that doesn't meet our standards.
